Here is THE go to tomato for sauces and canning. This Italian heirloom has a thick flesh and keeps well, due to its low water content giving it lots of meat, and very little extra juice and seeds. Growing approx. 3-5 inches in length, this fruit resembles more of a red pepper than a tomato, but we promise they will turn your next spaghetti dinner into an experience worth repeating over and over again!
