This variety has a beautiful lavender skin, interlaced with white, and the flesh is meaty and mild with a lovely creamy flavor. Approximately 5 inches long, they are great for cooking, baking, or roasting!

Traviata Hybrid
A great choice for eggplant lovers! Traviata eggplants are strong and durable, often sustaining a healthy production even in trying weather conditions. At full size and maturity this tasty eggplant will grow to be 6-8 inches long, however, it can also be harvested much earlier as baby eggplant. With an abundant crop, this plant matures early, will last all season, and provide you with many beautiful dark purple, uniform fruit.
